Gail received her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business in 2005 with majors in real estate management, marketing and entrepreneurship. She made the jump from television to real estate in 2000 as property manager of a landmark commercial building in the Chicago Loop. Katrina was inspired and obtained her Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License in 2004 and found a home at Streeterville Properties as its first broker associate.

Darlene has been selling real estate since 2000 in the downtown Chicago area. In addition to selling, she has managed the sales and marketing of a large hotel-condominium development. Darlene came to Streeterville Properties because she wanted to be with a boutique office that concentrated on the neighborhood she knows the best. Drawing on her education background, she truly enjoys the teaching portion of real estate when working with clients. Educating my clients on the current market as well as the home buying/selling procedure is a very important part of the homeowner process. She’s also involved in several local organizations. Her favorite charity is Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Darlene became interested in Bear Necessities after helping the Founder of Bear Necessities make the move downtown from the suburbs. It’s a great organization that funds cancer research as well as supporting families of children with cancer. She’s also an active member of Streeterville Organization of Area Residents; always interested in what’s going on in the neighborhood and giving back to the community.
A love of the South keeps her interested in the South Carolina market where she’s from originally. Darlene is also licensed realtor in South Carolina. She knows the coastal areas as well as the Piedmont. She can help you find a beach rental for the summer or a new home if you’re relocating.
When she’s not working, she’s off to NYC to visit her daughter or you’ll find her here in the bleachers watching her son play baseball.
